Car Does Not Run Right, It has never killed or left me stranded,But I have to sell it as a parts car, you may be able to fix it.Car will need to be towed, if driven it is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Audi A4 Quattro, 6 cyl. 2.8L, about 154,000 milesI bought this car in March 2011, off Ebay Motors with a salvage title.Car was totaled early in it's life and auctioned, some people bought it, fixed it and sold it to me.I put 4 new tires on it right away,New Brakes, New battery in 2012, Oil changes regularly, and a few here and there things.In the Begining of 2014 it started to sputter about once a month for a second or 2, then it was smooth again.Then it started to do it more often.I drove it less and less while trying to figure it out,then the small oil leak it always had became more and more soI quit driving it daily and bought a truck.I bought a scanning tool and got the codes of random misfires mainly, and O2 sensors, nothing on the transmission.I replaced the spark plugs, that didn't fix it.I have replaced the valve cover gaskets, didn't really help the leak.I replaced the camshaft speed sensors(both),that didn't help.I replaced the coil pack, Didn't help but you could tell it gave more spark,and it sputtered differently.I replaced the crankshaft position sensor, still no help.I truly believe that it is not a mechanical issue with the engine, there are so many %#@* sensors on this car that I don't have time to check or replace them all.I drive the car a few miles each weekend so that it isn't sitting, and for good reasons, because now it is slowly draining the battery when sitting, the battery has never gone dead, it just didn't have quite enough power to start the engine, I now keep the battery charged so it doesn't ruin the battery and start it every few days. So now it's time to sell,Exterior paint is coming off in many areas, Tail lights were painted over when I bought it and now the paint is coming off showing how the tail lights are from 2 different years of audi's. The ash tray has never been opened(it's stuck shut) the cup holder in the dash board is broken but when closed you don't know it(looks fine). One remote key is all I ever had for this car.Passenger side mirror is hard to see into, drivers side mirror leaked out the auto darkening fluid but still works okay, power adjustment still works.NOW FOR THE GOOD, The interior is in very good condition,Heated Power seats work fine, Moon/Sunroof works fine, AM/FM/CD works,never tried cassette player, The A.C. works fine, wipers, door locks, windows, everything I can think of works fine, except the engine runs rough and has little power.Drives so easy in the winter, you don't even now there's snow on the road.
