You are bidding on a 1968 Chrysler Newport Custom 2 door hardtop with 42k original miles. This car was professionally restored, and it looks great. It was restored to factory original, no expense spared. The near perfect paint is like glass, and shines like a mirror. The interior is brand new, and looks great. No pitting on the chrome, all the gauges work excellent, even the map light. It has an aftermarket 8 track player too. I have 87 pictures of the car, more pictures can be taken if needed. The factory options on the window sticker are as follows; Newport Custom 2 door 383 engine 2bbl. vinyl roof, black torqueflite transmission a/c radio, golden tone, am power brakes 6 way power seat power stering tinted windshield mirror remote control undercoating and hood pad windshield wiper variable speed white wall tires. The window sticker is laminated, and was displayed at the car shows. It has won many trophies, too many to hang on to. I copied the window sticker in this listing too. The engine was completely rebuilt, it is a powerful 383 2 bbl., the car runs excellent, and shifts great at all (3) speeds. At highway speeds the car runs like new, no disappointments. The underside of the car shows excellent, along with the floors, and trunk. The only flaw I found with the car is a minor ding (golf ball sized) in the back bottom bumper, just right of the license plate. Can be easily fixed. Otherwise I would rate this car a 10.
