ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE ASK!! EMAIL THRU EBAY OR CALL ME AT 512.692.6836 Sold "as is." Please READ all of my comments for full disclosure before asking questions. I've done my best to document everything I can think of. As you'll see, you will be purchasing this vehicle in better condition than when I received it. Since I've owned it, I have replaced numerous wear items (see below). All fluids I changed have been replaced with full synthetic (e.g. oil, brake fluid, radiator, transmission fluid, etc.... see below for details). Factory build date February 15, 2008 in Arlington, TexasSingle-officer vehicle (Texas DPS)Purchased by me May 26, 2012CLEAR title in-hand PPV * Z56 * Power driver/passenger seats * Cruise * Rear A/C * Running Boards * Limited Slip rear Axle * 2WD Never driven in snow. Texas vehicle. Ice-cold A/C (a must have here in Austin!). Never driven in snow. No spotlight. Ever. Factory build no spot / undercover unit. Current mileage 117,157. I have owned this vehicle for just over 2 years. You'll see below that I've spent thousands of dollars on it in repairs and upgrades. All repaired/replaced parts were with real A/C Delco products from GM. After-market enhancements are higher quality that OEM parts (check the manufacturer's reps if you like). Yes, I have receipts. This particular vehicle has been in Texas most of its life. The vehicle was originally used by Texas DPS (State police). It was a single-officer, assigned vehicle for its first 100,000 miles. The officer's territory was a large, rural expanse of western Texas. I purchased the vehicle in 2011 with around 108,797 miles on the odometer. The current odometer reading (subject to change as I do drive it) is 117,157 miles. Vehicle is titled in Virginia, with current registration and state inspection in Texas. Vehicle is located in Texas. Why is it titled in VA? I was living there when the vehicle was purchased. So, the vehicle was in Texas 2008 - 2012, Virginia 2012 - 2013, and now back in Texas 2013 - 2014. I hope that makes sense. I've had a few people ask why the title state is different. That's why. Texas allows state residents to have out-of-state titles, so I never transferred it back to Texas (which would have cost me $, versus free to keep it titled in VA). The title is clear and clean. You can do your own title search on VA DMV's website if you like (will cost u $10 tho). If you don't see something listed here, then it has not been done since I've owned this vehicle (though I'm pretty sure everything has been done, that's my caveat for you). :-) - Oil change: July 2014 - Transmission fluid replacement (trani and most of torque converter; 10 qts. total Castrol Dexron VI full synthetic); transmission fluid pan CLEANED (as it should be); gasket and filter replaced: July 2014 - Radiator fluid flushed: June 2012 - Power steering fluid flush, full synthetic: June 2014 - Annual Brake fluid flush (DOT 4): June 2014, June 2013, June 2012 When I first took possession of the vehicle, I pulled out all of the interior passenger compartment parts, cleaned and gutted it. Dynaliner heat shield was added between the roof and ceiling. All interior parts were thoroughly cleaned of dust. The engine throttle body assembly was removed and thoroughly cleaned. The factory air-intake system was replaced with an AIRAID cold air induction system. There is normal wear on the exterior for a vehicle of this type, brand, and age. By that I mean things such as minor paint marks or scuffs. What do you expect? No major damage or cosmetic blemishes. NO accidents or body work since I've owned it. I cannot say what happened to it prior to my ownership. Do your homework and check CarFax. When I purchased the vehicle, I found no reports of accidents or significant damage to the vehicle. REPAIRS/UPGRADES o Early 2012 - Unknown date (just prior to my ownership, around 99k miles) - Windshield replaced (by Texas DPS - previous owner) o June 2012 (108,809 miles) - A/C accumulator - A/C condensor - A/C system evacuated and recharged - Spark plugs replaced w/Bosch platinum series - Raybestos Police Brake Pads AND Police Rotors (all 4 corners) - Borla dual cat-back exhaust (Borla) - AUX battery (AGM type) - Aux battery wiring - Blue Sea Systems ACR (Automatic Charging Relay) - Serpentine belts (2) replaced - Engine Thermostat replaced - Drive Line Service / Rear Differential Fluid flush and replacement (synthetic) - Driver's door electronic locking motor replaced o February 2013 (111,554 miles) - Off-road capable tires (Cooper Discoverer ATS-3) - TPMS sensors (Tire Pressure Monitoring System ; all tires except spare) - Replaced stock shocks with new A/C Delco Shocks (all 4 corners; same model as factory installed) - Pedders Suspension Rear Bump Stop bushings (part # 4364) - Pedders EP3520/29HD Front Sway Bar Bushings - Pedders EP3519/35HD Rear Sway Bar Bushings - Pedders Front Bump Stop bushings (part # 4363) - Pedders EP098 Sway Bar End Link bushings, front HD - 4-wheel alignment o June 2013 (112,089 miles) - Pinion Seal (transmission) replaced - Headlight assemblies (both; complete) replaced o August 2014 - Main battery replaced - Main battery negative battery cable (ground) OTHER INFO - There are 2 plugged holes next to each other on the passenger side rear roof. These were intended for after-market external rear lighting, which was not installed. - One hidden antenna wire tucked into the interior roof cavity, on the rear passenger side (accessible if you pull down/out the appropriate interior ceiling/wall panel). This is wired to one of the antenna holes. If you need another antenna, it's there - saving you the trouble of wiring it (bit PITA) - If my memory serves me well, the max amperage from Aux battery to after-market equipment is 300 amps, fused under hood - I replaced the factory tires with these beefier (and larger diameter) Cooper off-road capable tires for two reasons: first, the OEM tires that GM uses on the Tahoe PPV suck balls; second, I needed light off-road capability but I also wanted the PPV and not 4WD SSV - This vehicle DOES have the limited slip differential and 3.73 rear axle ratio - It does NOT have a tow bar (only the SSV's have that option; this is a PPV) - I have the full build-out sheet. If you want a copy, ask. KNOWN IMPERFECTIONS (FULL DISCLOSURE) - Normal wear & tear from driving. That means there are a few dimples, very SMALL paint scratches, etc. consistent with normal driving - Jack stand and tool to lower and remove the spare tire from beneath vehicle are not included - Light scratches in cargo area (side interior panels - see photo) - Minor sealant residue (body color) around area of trunklid where rear camera was fitted. Applied to make sure there was no water leaking into the trunklid after rear camera install. Not a problem, this was a pro-active step. Not cosmetically ideal, but this is a working vehicle. I chose practicality over appearance. You won't notice this in the photos. It is only visible if you're looking for it. I am mentioning this here in the interest of full disclosure. It could be removed if desired. - Due to oversize tires currently on the vehicle, there is some slight rubbing of right front wheel inner fender wall - only at low speeds and extreme angle of the steering wheel, and at particular elevation. Does NOT impede normal or high speed driving. You may notice it when parking on angled surfaces, that's it. If Buyer replaces tires with smaller size, this problem would go away. TITLE & TRANSFER - Vehicle is titled in Virginia and registered in Texas - You will need to fill out 2 forms: a Texas form 130-U for transfer of vehicle, and the Virginia title - If you are not a Texas resident, you won't need to form 130-U (but I shall) - If you are a Texas resident, you keep the 130-U and take it to DMV along with the signed Virginia title - Buyer gets the car + bill-of-sale on payment. Title transfer after payment clears. - Title transfer AFTER payment clears. No exceptions. - You will keep the Virginia title after I have signed it, and take that along with the bill-of-sale to your state's DMV - Both Texas and Virginia law require title transfers within 30 days of sale - You will receive bill-of-sale immediately upon making payment (no holding period). This is your proof you have paid for the vehicle. Plus you will have the vehicle itself in your possession. However, as I said the title itself will be held until payment clears.
