The car is 100% original, right down to the Michelin Tires which are the original tires the vehicle came with. All factory VIN number stickers are present on every body panel, and please take a look at the condition of the undercarriage and engine bay. When not in use the vehicle was garaged and covered in a climate controlled environment at all times. Current owner is a vintage Mercedes Benz enthusiast, and he took great pride in maintaining the car as close to showroom new as in 1988. Mechanically the car runs and drives tight like a well maintained Mercedes Benz should. All power options function 100% and the AC blows strong and ice cold !!! The spirited and fuel efficient inline 6 cylinder motor is legendary with regards to durability and reliability. At 16 mpg City and 19 mpg Highway this vehicle has similar fuel efficiency of today's luxury cars. This vehicles shorter compact body make for a more agile vehicle, and it comes with the much less problematic standard suspension. Huge power moon roof and OEM Becker Stereo sounds great. All original exterior paint shines like a mirror, and I was unable to find a single door ding in the finish. Exterior chrome trim is exceptionally clear and bright. The vehicles interior is simply stunning !!! Original Creme Beige leather shows like new . Carpeting is stain free, and Zebrano wood accents and clear and bright and have a mirror like shine. The unique styling of the perforated leather seats and unused rear seat cargo netting is truly nostalgic Mercedes Benz This is a very special car !!! From it's bulletproof reliability, exceptional ride and overall build quality this is one of the best sedans ever made.
