1932 ford all steel truck.once again this is a 1932 ford truck all steel body, and frame, truck went through a complete restoration minus the body. the body was in such good shape and original it would have been a shame to cover over 80 years of history.there were well over a thousand hours of research and work put into the truck that was once a produce truck in Minnesota.truck is titled as 1932 ford. motor.1950 mercury flathead motor with complete rebuild with mild cam,it has been balanced and blueprinted.it was dressed in polished parts such as the "offenhauser" heads and manafoldStromberg 97 carb set up"i have an extra large logo 97 that needs rebuilt for an extra"Fenton headers Joe hunt high performance distributorhigh output waterpump bee hive oil filteraluminum fly wheelchrome starter and alt transmission1940 lincoln zephyr 3 speed trans with new gears and bearingbrakeslincoln zephyr brakes on all 4 with buick drums and spacers on the front.tirescocker tire wide whitesbodyall steel 1932 frame and bodythe hood and tailagate have been louvered which gives it a cool lookthere were no modifications to the bed or to the bed floor when we lowered the truck we did not want to take away from the originality.interiorthe inside was dynomatted for insulation and to keep outside sound downthe dash was taken out and sent to danny taylor from louisville kentucky he pinstriped the dash and door panels.check out some of his work he has done hundreds of magazine cover paint jobs over the years. the dash panel with the stewart warner winged oval gauges is out of a chris craft boat.it has new carpet ,new comfortable seat , and headlinerthere is a cd player and speakers that were mounted under the seatframe1932 framelowered and c notched rear frame was boxed for added support. as you can see from the pictures it was not enough to affect the original bed floor.there was new wiring ran through out the truck. the truck was built by joe bairds antique cycles and restoration in shelbyville indiana.it won the rat rod class and american rodders top 20 at the carl caspers car show in louisville kentucky after completion,sense then it has picked up many more.this is a great looking everyday driver.no matter were we go i get the thumbs up and yes alot of looks.if there is any questions about the truck you may have feel free to ask away and if i cant answer it for you i will get you with joe baird the builder.i purchased the truck from joe when business was good, it was his personal toy now i could use the money for other things.i dont have to sell the truck so please no lowball crazy offeres.there is over 23,000 in the truck and parts without any labor time.this is a 1932 pickup one year only body and frame.there are not alot of original henry ford steel trucks out there.this is a piece of history.
