Vehicle Detail
For sale is my 2011 Nissan Xterra SThis Nissan is ready to go. I am selling only because I need the money for a down payment on a BMW M3.This Xterra is a Nissan certified pre-owned vehicle. It is covered under both the Nissan CPO warranty AND the Nissan Security+ Gold Preferred Warranty – fully transferable. It is a great vehicle. It rides well, it's excellent in all weather conditions, very comfortable, and there is TONS of cargo room and storage compartments. The maintenance is all current. I have taken it to the local Nissan dealer (Mentor Nissan) for all service, aside from oil changes since it's easier to take to an instant oil change place.I have maintenance records for all the work done to the vehicle since I've owned it.Just had the oil changed last week, so you're ready to roll.I've used synthetic oil only in this vehicle.I HAVE THE TITLE IN HAND, IN MY NAME, READY TO TRANSFER. I live less than 1 mile from the local title office and license bureau. I’ve uploaded 70 high-res images here:http://imgur.com/a/gKcjD (If you mouse over the image, a little gear icon will appear in the top-right corner of the image. If you click this, you have the option to view or download the full-resolution image so you can inspect in great detail)I've purchased a Carfax report which I've uploaded here:http://1drv.ms/1w0kSrfSome of the highlights: Clean Carfax (see link above) Nissan certified pre-owned vehicle (CPO) The Nissan CPO warranty is good through 11/26/2017 or 100,000 miles Nissan Security+ Gold Preferred Warranty The Gold preferred warranty also good through 11/26/2017 or 100,000 miles$0.00 deductible. (yes ZERO dollars deductible for all warrantied parts and service)Rental car reimbursementTowing reimbursementRoadside assistance You can see what is covered here: https://owners.nissanusa.com/content/techpub/extendedserviceplans/Gold.pdf The warranty is fully transferable and I already picked up the paperwork to do so. It is a $50 fee to transfer to a new owner. This is the top tier warranty available from Nissan, which I purchased at a cost of $1,795. I would highly recommend transferring if for no other reason than I already paid for the warranty. Buyer is responsible for transfer fee and for completing/submitting paperwork. New battery July 2013, purchased from and installed by Mentor Nissan 84 month warranty, good until July 2020 Matching tires all around and they have plenty of life left with approximately 18k miles on the tires (all 4 were put on at same time). Front and rear brakes just done at 63k miles Fronts: New pads and rotors Rear: New pads, resurfaced rotors Coolant flushed, rear diff oil changed, transmission fluid changed, etc. at 60k miles An axle seal was leaking at 60k service, new half-shaft and seal installed (Was fully covered by Security+ Gold warranty) I had the vehicle direct wired with a Smartcord for Escort Passport radar detector (done professionally by Autosound of Willoughby) The radar detector is not included in the sale price, but I would be willing to include it for an additional $300. It is a passport 9500i. Equipped with optional sliding cargo tracks (AWESOME FEATURE! super convenient when you want to strap something down in the back) Equipped with optional running boards Rubber floor mats front and back. The back is a one piece design that spans the whole width of the backseat floor - solid protection. Auto dim rearview mirror 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION! Manual transmissions are more fun!! Get better gas mileage More robust than automatics People who drive manual transmissions tend to be "car people". Car people take better care of their vehicles. I’m a non-smoker, and this vehicle has NEVER been smoked in.
