1952 Ford F1 Pick Up Truck This truck has been in dry storage in a barn for the last 27 years. It is a true barn find. It was painted with ruddy red primer before being stored to keep the body from rusting away. Apparently, this worked. It was pulled out of the barn a couple of weeks ago and is now for sale. The Truck has it's original flathead V-8 cylinder engine with 3 speed manual Transmission with the shifter on the column. I put a battery in it and poured a little gas down the carburetor and it fired right up and run well. It will need a fuel pump. I cleaned the glass bowl on the fuel pump, before starting it and the bowl never filled back up with gas. The Truck is very complete. It is missing the tail lights tail gate hinges and chains. All of the glass is good. The driver's window mechanism is not working properly. The body is very solid with just a couple small rust issues. There is a rust hole on the driver's side front fender. There are two rust holes in the cab floor and the running boards have rust holes. I am posting pictures of the cab corners and door bottoms to show their condition. The truck will need brakes and a fuel pump, before it can be driven. The tires are up and holding air, but are old and will need to be replaced. Selling this truck without reserve.
