Rare 93' EX manual coupe for sale. I am the second owner. Title in hand. I purchased this car 5 years ago with just under 300k on it. I am selling this car because I just bought an STi and don't need the accord anymore. The original color of the car is black. The paint was fading and had a few blemishes, so I fixed the body and plastidipped the car in pearl white. This is not a 'rattle can' plastidip job. I purchased the Pro car Kit from www.dipyourcarDOTcom and dipped the car with 6 coats using and HVLP spray gun in the kit. $500 for the dip and spray kit is what I spent. The pearl white dip job is by no means perfect, but I feel it turned out well. Dip is also easy to repair or peel off all together. This car is in excellent working condition. I just put new tires and Koni Sport dampers (shocks) on with brand new Neuspeed race springs. These shocks are adjustable. This shock/spring combination are specifically paired for one another. I also bought the very best camber kits for the front and rear (SPC & Ingalls). The ride is excellent. Please search www.cb7tunerDOTcom if you'd like to learn more about these. Alignment performed immediately after suspension install. The engine is original. I replaced the timing belt and water pump with my Honda mechanic friend at 305k miles. This was 3 years ago. As you may know, TB&WP lasts about 7-10 years or 90k on these cars. Car shifts very smooth with no grinding of gears whatsoever. The previous owner babied this car and only took it to the Honda dealer. You will be hard pressed to find an EX coupe in manual this clean. These cars are almost impossible to find, especially ones that aren't rusted to the core and modded very distastefully. The engine DOES NOT leak or burn oil. It's in perfect working order. AC and heat work. I drove this car back and forth 2 Las Vegas from Chicago about 2 years ago. While in Nevada, I had a new radiator put in, as well as the AC converted over to R134A. New Items as of this summer/fall: Dunlop Signature 2 tires= $300 from TireRack Koni Sport Dampers front and rear: $508 from TireRack Ingalls front camber kit:: $115 SPC rear camber arms: $200 New front axles: $100 Front Upper Control arm kit: $110Motor and trans mounts (I have these new in the box and will be given to auction winner) $95 Brand new windshield- $250 installedNew Tint-$150 installed professionally. No bubbles or other amateur install here. New suspension bushings on most of the parts front and rear. Other items: Previous owner had seat covers professionally installed. These aren't garbage ebay covers. These are fitted on installed correctly. **The car was broken into a of couple years ago. Older Hondas aren't exactly tough to get into. The thieves broke a piece (see pics) in the center console and stole the radio. I replaced the radio, but not the center console (just under the radio). These aren't too tough to find used or new. Also, the catalytic converter was stolen by the thieves. When I repaired it, I had the muffler shop simply weld a piece of pipe where the converter was. Unless you have smog regulations where you live (CA/NV, etc), you will not have to worry about getting the car emission tested, as it's a 1993. Also- The door light indicator on the dash is lit up solid while driving. It's a fuse or ground related issue, I just haven't had time to investigate. The ABS light will turn on, as well.
