Here up for bidding with no reserve is a 1970 Cougar Eliminator M code that's in need of complete restoration. The factory options are A/C, P/S, PDB, AM Radio, auto trans, tinted glass, Decor group, comp suspension and deluxe seatbelts. The factory colors are Competition Gold with White Decor interior. The car is missing a few items such as the rear spoiler, front spoiler, rear fuel door, wood shifter handle, white decor interior panels and a few trim pieces. The original engine is long gone but what I believe to be the original trans is still in the car. Also included with the car is the headlight assembly, front bumper, original hood scoop, front seats, rear seats and rear sway bar which is still intact. The main issue with the car is the lower cowl and both front floor pans replaced. The car was sitting on the side of the previous owners house for almost 20 years and pine needles collected in the lower cowl area rusting it out. The rear floor pans, frame rails, torque boxes and such are all solid. One other issue is the right rear lower quarter panel needs a patch due to pin holes.
