I purchased this from a collector in 2003 who garaged it and very rarely drove it. I purchased it and did the same, but would take it out on the weekends to local car shows and cruise the local area. Always garaged, and under a cover. Never been in the rain since I've owned it. Put less than 2000 miles on it since I've owned, but change the oil every winter. This is a great car; it runs strong and looks clean for its age. I'm just ready to move onto something else. This car was originally red, and the previous owner had it repainted silver. Interior is original along with everything else. I only changed a few things on it when I purchased it; it has Flowmaster exhaust; Pertronix electronic ignition, K&N air filter, Grant walnut steering wheel, and Magnum 500 wheels. There is an underbody protective coating applied. I'm not sure at what point this coating was done because it was on there when I purchased it over 10 years ago. It is in overall good condition, with only one spot of rust on the underside driver side floor panel. The rust hasn't progressed any since purchasing it and it hasn't rusted through the panel itself. If this car were to be driven in the rain or salty area, I'm sure this spot could progress into something if not taken care of. It's been garaged and covered, except when out driving on the weekends. Also, the previous owner installed adjustable air shocks in the rear. There is a fitting in the trunk to add/remove air for adjustment. This car spends 99% of its time parked. And for the most part, it is original. So please don't expect it to be perfect. This is a running, driving, 49 yr-old car. I've tried to depict the car as best I can and have over 150 very detailed pictures. If you are serious about this car, please make sure you look through all the pictures so you get a good feel for the car and there aren't any surprises when it arrives in your driveway.
