Vehicle Detail

1953 Chevy 210. This car has a clean Colorado title. 216 engine with 3 on the tree. It’s an older cruiser that shows its age but still turns a lot of heads. The work done this year (2014) has been a 12v conversion with NEW bulbs front to back top to bottom. New fuel tank and sending unit and stainless lines to the fuel pump. 2 new inline fuel filters. Rebuilt carb off a 1954 235 engine. I slotted the carb holes to fit the 216 engine then tuned to run good. New front spindle bearings. Fresh tune-up with plugs, wire cap and rotor. 5 New Coker tires BF Goodrich 3 Inch Whitewall - 640-15 including the spare (hub caps NOT included). The wind up clock was fixed and keeps perfect time. The gauges work but it needs a new speedometer cable and fuel gauge. I don’t go that fast and I always keep the tank full so that never bothered me. The signals work but could use a new relay switch. Brakes work good and are still all drums. The body has small dents and scuffs throughout but should be an easy fix to the right person. A small rust patch was cut out before I got the car and I never welded in a new one. The floor pans have rusted through on the front drivers and passenger side but it’s about a 8x12 inch repair, not the whole thing. Not much rust besides that. The driver side door glass is cracked and needs to be replaced but works fine. Vacuum wiper motor doesn’t work. The car was dropped with blocks in the rear and removing a couple leafs and the front springs were torched. The side pipes are real and there are no mufflers. It sounds good for a straight 6. The inside has older diamond tuck upholstery which has some sun damage. I covered the damage with black gorilla tape and Mexican blankets to hide it and add a cool look. I use this car as a daily driver and weekend cruiser, it has never left me stranded. The steering wheel Necker knob is not included. It was built by a 20 year custom toolmaker so I’m keeping it. The head liner has 2 small holes about the size of a dime and quarter by the front visors. The hood and trunk are off of a 1954 and it has 54 tail lights (which look better in my opinion) The license plates are original 1953 and can be purchased separately. We can legally use them in Colorado. The car will come with all the trim I have collected. Beltline and window trim. I don’t have rocker trim or side molding trim. I feel I have been accurate on the description of this old car. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. O.B.O EMIAL me video 53 and I'll EMIAL video on the 53 thnks
