I purchased this beautiful example of a 1977 Mustang II Cobra to drive to car shows and such. Unfortunately I Recently lost my mom to Cancer and my priorities are now in a different direction. This car runs and drives great. This is not a car to become a Daily driver tho! It was built for short trips and the strip. The body is in great shape! not a rust bucket. It did have some metal work repair but it is nice. the engine is a 351 cleveland big block. trans is an new automatic but not sure which one or brand. I do not have specs on the build as previous owner no longer is available. the car has a electric fan installed for cooling. It has a line lock for the drag strip. It has a complete rear end sway for a narrowed ford 9 inch . Tubbed rear end and has coil overs on all 4 corners. Headers and dual exhaust. engine has a new starter, new radiator , edelbrock carb,edelbrock intake,ford performance valve covers,msd distributor,blaster coil,new plugs and wires. Engine was freshened up last year according to previous owner. starts good and sounds great! has hoosier street radials all around it on weld racing rims. new brake system and lines. rear fuel cell and external pump system. rear battery mount and breaker disconnect. Wheelie bar system installed .Overall this car is amazing. i just need to liquidate my toys to help with family crisis. Car does need a headliner . it was removed and never re installed. does have a new sunroof installed. passengers arm rest is missing and other small items. nothing huge i just like stuff as complete as possible and was going to buy and fix all this over the winter.does have 2 new bucket seats and racing belts. new carpet and floor mats. needs sill plates to hold down carpet . cheap easy items. again i am trying to nit pick as much as possible for you. ask any questions please as i have 100% feedback for a reason! I hope someone will appreciate all the work that has gone into this build. I never raced it so i have no idea how fast it is in the 1/4 mile. I would love to know though!!!!
