Up for bid is one classic 1988 Nissan 300ZX of which I am the original owner. This is the V6 5-speed manual transmission 2-door coupe model with T-Tops and the paint color is Aztec Red. It'll be up to you to come drive it home or arrange for transportation - zip code is 75002 for purposes of shipping quotes. Sold as is i.e. no warranty. Questions? - just ask. Pluses ====== * 115k miles * non-smoking vehicle * aside from the usual micro pinhead dings (it is 26 years old after all) the paint is like new and is rust free * digital dash and climate display are clean, clear and bright -- there is a small suface scratch on the climate control that happened when some low life was trying to boost the sound system * cruise control, power windows, power seats, power locks, power mirrors, rear window and side mirror defroster, rear window wiper, and ac/heat are all working * sound system has been upgraded several times and I'll be leaving all the components installed -- due to audio industry changes to what the standard connectors are, the audio can no longer be controlled from the steering wheel * front carpets are like new as I've had car mats since the year I bought the car * seats and door panels have been recovered Notes ===== * one of the fog lamps is off center and just needs adjusting * the body of one of the flip up headlights has a couple small paint chips * I cannot find the t-top screw on light blockers handy for those days when it's just too darn bright/hot -- however I do have the storage sleeves for those days it's gorgeous outside and you just want to take the t-tops off and let in the sun and wind * needs a new spare tire (have rim) hmmm... ======= * it hesitates a bit when accelerating in low gear * the onboard diagnostic system keeps showing the same engine problem, but I've had it in the shop several times and there isn't anything wrong * there is a sound that comes from the rear passenger side, it only happens in the mornings and when backing up - again I've had it in the shop for this and they can't find anything
