Up for auction is a nice 52 Chevy Deluxe 2dr coupe street rod. Car has a Chevy 305 engine with a turbo 400 tranny and a ten bolt posi camaro rear end in it. It runs great, shifts good and no leaks in motor or tranny. I pulled out the old oil burning 305 engine and replaced it with a good used 305 engine. Before I installed the motor I degreased the engine compartment and painted it semi-flat black. I painted the motor and installed new valve seals in it while it was out on the engine stand and new valve covers and gaskets. I installed the engine with new oil and filter and put in a new water pump, all new hoses, complete new tune-up with accel Shorty header plugs. I installed a new Edelbrock 1406 carb with electric choke, new air cleaner, new lokar throttle cable, return spring and gas pedal. The heater is hook up but is going to need a 12V blower motor.Car has all new motor mounts and tranny mount and all new bolts throughout the car. New chrome alternator, new battery and cables, rebuilt starter installed plus a complete new car wiring harness from EZ wiring. It's 12V with new all new headlights and blobs. I had the radiator flush and install a heavy duty tranny cooler in front of it. I installed a rebuilt master cylinder, new front shoes, front brake hoses and wheel cylinders. The rear brakes were all good and I replaced some brake lines too. Has a lokar emergency brake pedal and cables and holds good. Front end is all good with good shocks. I installed a B&M shifter and new cut pile carpet with new sill plates . I cleaned all the interior and it’s in great shape with no tears in it and the headliner is mint condition too. The original gages don’t work so I installed some sunpro gages under the dash as pictured with working gas, oil , temp and volt gauges . I installed a tack on the steering column and a new blinker switch with built in emergency flashers. I tested the speedo with a drill and it works and so does the odometer but the gear is stripped out in the tranny and needs replacing if you want the speedo to work in the car. Car has hedman headers with dual exhaust sounds great and a poly gas tank in it with proper sending unit. The body on the car is solid (floors,trunk)but the passenger low door has some paint bubbling and there are some dents, dings and scratches in the pain as pictured. . Floors are solid as well as the trunk floor as pictured. Car needs some minor things done if wanted to or drive as is. Car passenger windshield is crack.Wipers not working, all there but no vacuum hoses are hookup. I did install new wiper arms and blades on car. I didn't hook up the interior lights; wires are there in kick panel. I put on new front tires on car, the rear tires are good 90%.Rims are starting to rust. All the windows roll up and down good and the vent windows work. All the keys work the locks and I installed a new ignition switch with a new cig lighter in the dash.
