1985 Suzuki Madura 1200, these bikes were known for their speed and reliability. This bike is being sold as a project, it started leaking gas right behind the petcock, unsure if it's the fuel line or petcock itself. Also the speedometer cable began acting erratically and will need repair or replacing. Those were the only two issues and why the bike has been sitting. I tried to drain the carbs and tank after these issues, so I am unsure if it will need a carb cleaning or not once running, but the engine and tranny were running fine prior to the fuel leak. The bike is being sold as is, has some rust on the spokes, exhaust and lower frame. Some wear on the seat and fading and pealing on the side panels. Side panels and rear fender are black, tank is burgundy so I am assuming the tank was replaced at some point. Great project or parts bike, has a clear Michigan title. Buyer accepts as a project bike understanding that it may need a carb cleaning and or other maintenance to get up to road worthy condition.
