This is a very collectable, low mileage (42000 miles), absolutely rust free Porsche 914 2.0 California car from Santa Barbara CA ,Vin # 4762901552. The car retains its factory original Nepal Orange paint code L20C. The underside is free from any dents, scrapes and corrosion. Still has the factory undercoating that has come off in places to revile factory applied orange paint. This has been a garage car and it shows, paint has great shine and you have to look close to see any chips, no dents or repairs. All rubber components are soft and free from any deterioration. Hell hole, rockers, trunks, floor pans are totally rust free and have never been replaced or messed with. The interior is original including plaid seats, has appearance package, gauges, original working radio, no additions cut into the panels, door panels are the basket weave and are flat and warp free. Dash has a small crack but I am including a crack free original dash with the sale. Tools, spare, jack are included with the car as well as the original owners manual. All electrics work, lights, gauges, radio etc. Engine is matching numbers GC004230 and runs fine, no leaks, smoke or strange noises,dosent look like it has ever been out of the car.Dual carb conversion was done early on, as a purist I would rather see the original fuel injection system but this is the way it came to me. Exhaust is aftermarket and works fine. Five original Fuchs including the spare. This is a strong running 914, no excuses, it needs nothing and can be used for long trips or around town.
