I originally purchased this bike as a restoration project. It was basically a non running dirt bike, but over the course of a year I was able to source all of necessary parts to complete a "frame off" restoration. Everything works including the turn signals, brake light, even the horn. There is a new ignition switch with new keys, and a used speedometer (does not reflect the actual miles). The engine had been upgraded to 125 cc by a previous owner, I completely dis-assebled the engine to check the clutch, gears and bearings, and to hone the cylinder and instal new piston rings. It usually starts in 2 or 3 kicks, has plenty of power. Transmission shifts through all five gears effortlessly. I processed a DMV check on the VIN number and found that the origial owner had never transferred the title out of his name. All owners after him had apparently used the bike off road only and never registered it. When I contacted the person, I informed him that I was now selling it, and that he may have to apply for a "duplicate" replacement title, since the original had been lost long ago. He has stated that this would be no problem. This could be a good bike for a collector, or for a "starter" bike, or simply used off road. I decided to sell to make room for more projects.
