This is a pretty unmolested original 1976 Porsche 911S Targa. It still has a 2.7L engine# 6275350 from a 1977 with the original exhaust ( non-cat) and the air pump and all plumbing for the air system for 1976. It has had the updates necessary for these 2.7 to be reliable, pressure fed chain tensioners, 11 blade fan, head studs with case savers. There was a valve job done at the same time (12/13/10) the head studs were done, I have all the receipts for the work performed. Engine runs well and is pretty dry. The A/C works, as does the heater and nice sounding radio.Transmission shifts smooth and is quiet, brake and shocks are good all in all a good driving car.Only one rust bubble at base of windshield (pictured) otherwise a rust free straight car. Doors shut nice and it drives with no vibrations or rattles. Drivers side headlight bucket has a damage (pictured) from a light parking lot tap. The seats are dry leather and the paint is a poor, old respray.This is a nice running car that can be driven the way it is and the cosmetics can be done when convenient.
