Vehicle Detail
Hello, Im selling my 1977 BMW 320i that i was looking to keep and have around for a long time. But things have changed an im looking to sell it. Im not in a hurry to sell it, as i would like it to go to someone who knows these cars and would enjoy the car for years to come. The paint is has faded from the rich original deep red but it is still in great condition. It does have a few minor scratches few small dents. The tires are in great shape as well. It comes with the original tool box with everything included as well as the original spare (not sure how much use it really it but still cool). I have the title clear and free. 1977 BMW 320i Red Exterior Black Interior 4 Speed Manual 99,700 Original miles. I also have the original purchase sticker and manuals for it. This is a non sunroof edition. Here is a list of things i have replaced in the last 100 miles. Bosch Point Bosch Distributor Rotor Waterpump and Gasket Thermostat Fuel Filter Bavauto Ignition wire set Spark plugs (have a set of 4 new ones i will include as well) Fuel Accumulator Distributor Cap Fuel Pump Relay Front and Rear Hood Emblems Cold Start Injector Inside fuel tank fuel pumpClean and recoated both right and left fuel tanksFuel lines all and around the tank WUR Warm up regulator (it was cleaned and adjusted) Fuel Distributor was cleaned as well as all fuel lines. New Valve Cover gasket Coolant Flush sold as isNew Starter The external fuel pump is newer as well (located by the fuel accumulator and fuel filter) I have a box of parts and gaskets for the car i will include if the buyer wants them. As well as all the manuals for the car.The body is super super straight and hard to find in this condition, being almost 40 years old it looks better than most cars on the road. The car runs pretty well and is a blast to drive. It could use some intake manifold gaskets to make it run like a dream, not a hard job i just dont have time for the car anymore. Please email me with any questions or concerns, i will be more than happy to answer your questions. Please review and look over the pictures. I was planning on buying new seats (here on ebay, still has them both front seats) and get the rear seats upholstered and this car would be pretty much mint. I will also be selling this car locally and have the right to end the auction at any time. I do require a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24hrs and full payment with 7 days of auction ending. If you have a 0 feedback score please contact me before bidding. I will also hold the car for someone while they're setting up for the car to be transported if they decide so. Thanks for looking. On Sep-27-14 at 19:41:50 PDT, seller added the following information: Hello, i just wanted to put this here for people in case they were wondering. I have had alot of the same questions. The car does not have AC.The tires are in great shape about 80% left or so.The car does have a small intake manifold gasket leak, like i posted in the original listing. A lot of people have asked about flying in a driving the car back 700-1200 miles. I personally would not drive a car that far on a intake manifold gasket leak as it is a Vacuum leak and can cause a car to either run to rich or to lean, And over that many of miles being in foreign territory i just wouldn't take the risk but thats just my input on the subject. Please message me if you have any questions.
