Rebuilt with son as a driver for him in high school. VIN shows she was originally built in October 1969 in Los Angeles as an SS coupe, LeMans blue, black interior. Previous owner rebuilt front suspension. Son's off to college and wife wants the garage back. Here's what we did:- Installed new crate engine (and engine wiring harness)--new GM 350 HO crate engine, has less than 12,000 miles on the new engine; used ASE certified mechanics review and complete- Deep, throaty Hooker headers sound great and in small garages the low reverberations are enough set off other car alarms!- Installed rebuilt racing transmission and had professional modify the drive shaft- Brand new wheels and tires were added (larger than stock)- Installed new dash and dash wiring harness- Installed new interior door panels, stereo receiver,- Installed new shoulder harness seat belts and recently added new front disc brakes- Wipers work, windows work, heater works, too many replaced/rebuilt items to list! She runs great and always turns heads! Beautiful driver for someone who wants to enjoy their Gen1 Camaro and not just look at it parked in a garage.
