Relisting AGAIN due to lack of payment. I have had two separate people win this auction and then stand me up. I now have a required $1000 deposit due within 48hrs of auction close. Tired of being a nice guy on this. DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE MONEY AND WILL FOLLOW THROUGH! This was my "weekend warrior" truck until an engine fire rendered it useless to me. I've had the truck nearly six years, and only put about 20k miles on it driving to Lowes, the landfill, mulch yard, and helping friends move. Prior to yesterdays event, I had only minor annoyance issues with the truck. The manual transmission gear box had a slow fluid leak which I topped off every six months or so. The ABS brakes would activate randomly at low speed as I approached stoplights which apparently is common in these trucks. Hadn't got around to troubleshooting that. The dreaded Dodge door rust was setting in, but didn't bother me much cause it was just my work truck. That's about it. Other than the areas damaged by the fire, the paint is in great condition. The white streaks in the photos are from the fire extinguishers that we were using to keep the fire under control until the fire department arrived. It really was a great truck for me, and since I didn't carry comprehensive insurance on it, I'm just trying to get whatever I can out of it. I have no idea what caused the fire. I had just driven to the land fill 3 miles from home to drop off some debris from a home project I was working on, and when I pulled off the weigh in scale smoke started pouring out from under the hood. All of the damage to the hood and front end was caused by the firemen opening the hood to get to the fire. Vehicle not drivable. You pick up.
