Vehicle Detail
1976 BMW 2002. Amazing condition, runs excellently. Re listed as last sale was a scam... As such I have set lots of buyer restrictions. If you are blocked for any reason and want to bid fire me an email. Excellent condition - have not found any rust whatsoever - see pictures. Believe prior owner took down to bare metal when restoring and gave new Silver paint.Engine bay and trunk have original paint.Car has Euro lightweight bumpers (not heavy, ugly sprung US version). Car also has 14" wheels with Yokohama's with 75% tread left. Starts, runs drives, steers, shifts and stops fantastically. Have linked some videos to show engine running, car driving and fingertip shifts through all gears. Interior in excellent condition with only small tear in drivers seat base. No crack in dash. Owners manual and jack etc still with car Also included many parts from a prior project (not this car) including many engine parts, glass, trunk and engine lid, sports valance (IE) and almost new condition black seat set. Car currently has front bumper removed as last pic (like the look) All original parts included to remount (recovering from back fusion and cannot remount prior to sale) Email with any questions For videos go to http://vimeo.com/104816868 http://vimeo.com/104816868. http://vimeo.com/104816867. http://vimeo.com/104816866. https://vimeo.com/104821648. https://vimeo.com/104821647. For more photos see:http://s1362.photobucket.com/user/samlevans2/library/1976%20BMW%202002 Parts shown are not from this car which has not been touched since purchase (Except for front bumper removal (2 bolts)). They are from a previous (bad) BMW purchase that turned out to have un-repairable rust. This car was purchased to replace that car and be turned into a race car. Due to recent double lumbar fusion we have now decided to delay the next project a year or so and so this one now has to go....I purchased the car in the last 3 months and had a clear inspection completed at that time and can get the car to any required location within 25 miles of 72205 at 24 hours notice. Apologies for not vacuuming or cleaning before photos!Carpet is in excellent condition and is newer.(less than 2 years?)Door panels etc are also in great condition and seats are excellent except for the small tear in the drivers seat base (Easily repaired). The Black seat set (Front and rear) from the other car look just recovered and are excellent (Even better than the blue in the car).If someone wanted to change to a black interior they could replace the seats, the carpet is already gray so only other issue would be new or redyed door panels. (or leave them dark blue)
