There will be no exceptions here either. Now that you understand all that, onto the details. For auction here is a 1985 Chevrolet Corvette L98 with the 4+3 manual transmission. This vehicle IS currently registered, insured, and road legal. This vehicle has a built motor, supercharger, fully adjustable methanol injection, lots of polished aluminum, the supporting aftermarket gauges for fuel pressure, boost, EGT, and just about nothing is stock on it. Most things have been replaced with the top of the line aftermarket goodies, or items such as the transmission have been completely rebuilt even more recently than the engine was built. This car was completely built / rebuilt around the year 2000+. Receipts come with the vehicle for most of the engine work and parts. You can see the name brand performance parts all over just looking at the car. The vehicle was painted yellow at some point, was said to be "millenium yellow." See the photos, some paint is coming off the car, the hood being the main area. The car runs well, and drives strong. It does not overheat. It does have some things that need to be addressed however. I am NOT a mechanic, and I am not going to touch the car, it is being sold where is, As-Is to the highest bidder. Some smoke comes from the passenger side valve cover breather, it has some oil seepage from things like the valve cover gaskets. The thermostat housing has a little coolant seeping out of it from what I can see after driving it, and the clutch slave cylinder needs to be bled, the car was sitting for a long period of time in a garage before I acquired it. New Zr-1 replica custom fit and size polished aluminum wheels were just installed, with brand new tires. Vehicle odometer mileage is 87,xxx give or take. The car gets moved around, and the actual mileage will be around that. The title is clean, and the mileage says 90,911 because when I registered the vehicle I forgot and wrote down a slightly higher one. That is pretty much irrelevant with a car this highly modified because the engine mileage doesn't match after the rebuild anyway.
