The dealership is managed by Lysimahos (Ly) Papanikandros. Although the cars are sold As-Is, customers are always encouraged to have the vehicles inspected by independent mechanics. At Colossus Trading LLC there are no high-pressure tactics. Mr. Papanikandros feels that the potential buyer will have to live with their car of choice for some time: therefore, he encourages buyers to take time to think about their purchase. Even after the sale, customers are welcome to purchase parts at the dealership's cost and are offered assistance with service or repairs. Terms- We do not charge any short of fees (i.e. doc, paperwork, mailing etc), the price of the vehicle is all inclusive.- Temporary plates are issued for 30 days and are also inclusive in the sale of the vehicle.- If you pick up the vehicle at our location, we have to charge you with your State's rate of Sales Tax. A receipt will be issued, and you will present it at your State of Residence at time of registration. If we ship the vehicle to you, we do not collect the Sales Tax, you will have to pay it when registering your vehicle at your State. Indiana residents will have to pay 7% Sales Tax regardless of pick up or delivery.- All titles of selling vehicles are at our possession at time of sale. We also run Autochecks on all vehicles, and would be willing to forward you a copy.- A deposit of $500.00 is due thru Paypal within 24 hrs of end of Auction, and the remaining balance within 7 days.- The only methods of payment accepted are Cash, Wire Transfers and Certified funds.
