Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on an excellent example of a 1953 International R112 long wheelbase truck. This survivor from the dry southern Idaho desert has less than 67000 miles on the odometer. I am still driving the truck periodically so cannot quote an exact mileage figure. The body and frame are essentially rust free. The truck is equipped with the SD220 engine with a neck snapping 90 HP engine and a 4 speed gearbox. The interior has been recently redone and is awesome. The electrical system has been converted to 12 volts and everything works great. This conversion was a nearly total rewire and modern fuses where installed. The body is in excellent condition and the paint was redone a few years ago. The paint is showing some age and some chips on the door panels and around the hood openings. There is one large section of paint in the bed that is bad. The rear bumper is not original and the original rims have been replaced with chrome rims and newer tires. The carb has been recently rebuilt and it has a brand new exhaust system. The truck runs and drives very well especially considering it is over 60 years old. This could be a great daily driver, a mobile advertisement for your business, the perfect super restoration project or even the foundation of an extremely rare and unique hot rod. Please check out the photos and let me know if you have any questions or would like to see other views of the truck. This truck is in remarkable condition overall with a clear Idaho title. In answer to a couple of questions The brakes work fine I do drive the truck, and I have added a couple of photos of the underside of the truck I can e mail additional photos if that would be helpful
