Up for auction is this 1978 CORVETTE INDY PACE CAR LIMITED EDITION 25th ANNIVERSARY ...it is the L82 engine automatic transmission it has 49641 original miles on it! It was restored about 8 years ago and has been kept in a climate controlled garage since that time heated in the winter and humidity controlled in the summer..I have the original window sticker with it -it was ordered at WATKIN'S CHEVROLET BOSWELL PA...the owner's friend got the car so I am the second owner..it went to New England the paint and interior were faded so it has been repainted(8 years ago) and has a new leather interior...I've replaced the carpet so this one is like a new car coming out of the showroom you can see by the photos many new parts and the underside is clean and new....the 4 original redline wheels have no dings or curb rash they are good. it has the original matching T top roofs...and it has a automatic transmission the option on this one was the AM/FM with the CB ..I actually haven't ran it for the past years it's been stored I've had some health issues and so now it's time to let this one go......PLEASE ask questions...I can only put on a limited amount of photos I just took 65 pictures of her....and she is a beauty....just know the mileage on this one is accurate and original some cars of this caliber will list a low mileage and how they can do that is after a certain number of years the mileage is no longer listed so some sellers will state low miles but if the car looks like it's been used and abused it probably has been THIS ONE IS LISTED HONESTLY AND ACCURATELY...PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS come by or have your mechanic stop in and check it out......request photos NO warranty AS-IS on this but bid knowing what you see is what you get...again I am happy to have you or your representative come inspect the car prior to bidding- Buyer is responsible for any and all costs for pick-up and transporting it to you location...$500.00 deposit is required within 24 hours of auction end with the remainder of the money due within 2 days of the auctions end the deposit if not refundable be sure you get have the money prior to bidding and the car must be picked up within 2 weeks of the auctions end. The date code has 2 letters month and year. They are near the M 1131 or the Dot 3 numbers on the Ttop And the numbers on the cowl tag are ?
