1981 chevy chevette 1.8 diesel 4fb1 engine runs like a sewing machine, these cars are very rare,make good donors for diesel transplant,Isuzu diesels are very reliable and more efficient than anything I know, this car has a good bit of rust in the floor, could be fixed but will not drive home because drivers seat is unattached because of rust, a person could gather car up and make a good driver out of it with some TLC.. but Im selling it as drive terrain for conversion, such as to install in a samurai or small pickup.. note these run better than the c223 diesel in the isuzu pup trucks, this engine is overhead cam and its very quite. it was just left sit for a while do to a broken rocker arm.. all I have done is pull valve cover replace, adjust rocker, and test run the engine and made sure the auto transmission does go in all gears and function. no battery included, bring a trailer and I will load the car for you or assist in loading on transport of your choice.. note I will remove the engine and put on a pallet for shipping if the complete engine is all you require, you just arrange your own shipping if we do this.. any questions call 501-326-9047 leave message is no answer will return your call asap, thanks for looking..
