3rd owner, 253K miles, adult driven, meticulously maintained. First owner was a U.S. Army Major in Germany who ordered it with American Specs (Volvo Special Delivery Sticker on rear window). Was driven primarily on Autobahn for 100 mile commute, then sold to a second Army Major in Germany. I bought it while it was in Atlanta with 199K in late 2010. No children with first two owners, my son was in college when I got the car. Absolutely no leaks, great power, driver seat in good condition, passenger seat minor wear, rear seats as new. Smells new and overall, the car looks like it has maybe 50K. AC evaporator replaced twice over its life and the heater core replaced since I’ve owned it. Have all receipts including original bill of sale. This has never has been a smoker’s car. Belts and water pump replaced at 199,900K so you have 17K until needing replacement. New Michelin tires, less than 7K. Totally reliable to drive anywhere. Fiberglass spoiler on rear had faded a little so it was repainted last year. Rear bumper was marginally damaged in a parking lot when another driver backed into the bumper at an angle and causes the rubber top to crinkle a little. So I replaced the rear bumper and it was painted when the spoiler was painted. All gray rubber exterior trim is dark and in great shape. One minor ding in each of the rear passenger doors which are very hard to see. 200k high mileage badge comes with car. Tinted windows on rear passenger door windows and cargo area. The only things that don’t work are the driver seat heater and the rear window washer (wiper motor replaced recently). The quart of oil in the engine compartment is only a "just in case" situation. All my cars have one of those. Oil is changed religiously at 3500 miles and rarely needs a top off but occasionally it does. I only add oil on rare occasions but since I've taken this car on many trips, I always carry it with me. I planned to keep the car but it’s time to pass it on to another enthusiast.
