2002 Jeep Liberty Limited Edition. For parts or repair. Currently not running. Believed to have a broken connecting rod in the engine, but not totally sure. Radiator and electric cooling fan have been removed to gain access to front of engine for diagnostic purposes, but are included. Engine will turn over by hand to a certain spot in the rotation then lock up. Engine can then be turned in opposite direction 360 degrees and then lock up. This is what makes me think it has a broken rod. There is rust in both rocker panels, and bottom of the doors. Also has rust / bubbling paint by the center high mount brake light. Has decent tires. Interior is in pretty good condition but is dirty. Power windows, power locks with remote entry, air conditioning (unknown how well it works), outside temp / compass in rear view mirror. Bought this Liberty from a co-worker who drove it daily until engine problem occured, to fix for my son. He then found a Cherokee and bought that, so I no longer have a need for this Liberty. Have clear title in hand. Selling as is with no expressed or implied warranty. I will not ship or deliver. Must be picked up in St. Joseph Michigan by buyer.
