i bought this bike new in 1981 33yrs ago when i was 19yrs old from the honda dealer in pomona, ca. I road it 10 or 15 times over the next three years and then got busy with work and a family. With a wife and 5 kids the bike sat until about the year 2000 when my oldest son turned 14 he rode it at the desert 5 or 6 times and he missed a shift and the bike wouldnt go into gear. It has sat since 2002 the people I've talked to believe it has a bent shifting fork but it could be something else i have purchased 3 used transmissions and shifting forks on ebay to repair what ever it is. All of these parts go with the bike. This is a 1 owner bike i was going to restore it myself but my health and finances have changed and is no longer possible. The bike has always started and ran fine just won't shift. Bike has not been started in about 12 years if you cleaned the carb it should start It comes with new radiator shroud stickers i believe the bike is all original except rear tire, rear sprocket and the grips the engine has never been bored I have the original manual it is in poor shape i also have the aftermarket shop manual too both come with bike This is an as is sale no returns no warranty I have lost the title it will come with a bill of sale Pick up preferred but if buyer makes all arrangements and pays all costs and fees i can help load bike I will try to answer any and all questions Thank you for looking at my bike
