Update 8/22/14 : I found my original bill of sale and the original Honda Warranty Card !I am selling my 1977 Goldwing GL1000 purchased new in June 1977. I have the original title application showing purchase price etc. The bike has always been garaged, never wrecked and is rust free. It's absolutely BEAUTIFUL! As you can see from the photos, the bike is in unbelievable condition for being 37 years old! There are no scratches or chips in any of the blue painted panels and the chrome is in excellent condition. It would make an outstanding addition to anyones collection!I have recently rebuilt the front and rear brake calipers, front and rear master cylinders and replaced the brake lines. I installed a new electronic ignition and battery, changed the oil, oil filter, fuel filter and spark plugs. the bike starts easily and runs smoothly - NO blue smoke from the exhaust. The choke does need to be on somewhat to stay running, so some work will need to be done to the carbs. The tires are older but show no signs of weather cracking.The bike is completely stock except for the following: electronic ignition, handle bar grips, missing front yellow side marker reflectors, and passenger "grab strap" from the seat. I have converted the rear turn signals to to act as running lights and turn signals and replaced the yellow lenses with red and installed chrome valve covers.
