This is a 1964 BMW R50/2. The bike is a triple matching BMW, which means the engine block, VIN plate, and frame number, all match. It was originally blue before it was white. I have all of the receipts from the restoration that the previous owner did. The motor was completely rebuilt, wheels were relaced with stainless spokes, and bike was fully dissembled and repainted Dover white. The bike was completed a few years back and was ridden , so there are signs of wear. The bike has about 3,000 miles on it since restore. The tool box keys, tool bag and tools, BMW rag, and tire pump are all there. The bike runs strong and everything works as designed. This BMW has been a one kick bike for me. There is a FL title for the bike. Check out the 78 picture slideshow I provided in the listing, along with the two videos of her running and a quick walk around. You must use a regular computer or laptop to see the slideshow pictures and videos. They will not show up with apps, phones, or some tablets.
