All maintenance is up-to-date, it runs great, and it’s ready to be driven anywhere. The body is one of the straightest I’ve seen, with just a few minor dings and small dents that are barely visible. However, the original paint is faded, and the left front fender was repainted at some point so the color is slightly off. The interior is much cleaner than average. But as you can see, the seats were reupholstered in a non-matching fabric. As Brats go, this one is almost completely rust-free, with just a few small areas of very minor rust. There is nothing burned through, nothing structural, nothing that couldn't be removed with a little sandpaper. This is one of the rare Brats that came equipped with factory air conditioning. However, it does not currently blow cold air. It also has the optional "cyclops" retractable headlight in the center of the grill, but that doesn't seem to be working either. The bed is in remarkably good condition, due to being covered by a removable bedliner for most of its life. I have the rear seats for it, which can be included if you want (you would need to install them). But if you don’t care about the seats, I wouldn’t mind keeping them and reducing the price a couple hundred. Mechanically, it is pretty much perfect to the best of my knowledge. I just had over $1500 worth of work done to make it 100% reliable: • New CV axles and boots • New tires • New fuel pump • New battery • Rebuilt carburetor • New rear shocks • Full tune-up with new plugs, plug wires, cap & rotor • Changed oil in engine, transmission and transfer case One other minor issue: the spare tire is missing (but the jack is there).
