1953 Willys Jeep in good shape. Front end replaced with fiberglass fenders and hood. Front grill, rear tub and frame still original. 4 cylinder motor replaced with v6 from 1985 ford mustang. 4 speed manual transmission replaced with automatic floor shift transmission from same mustang. Transmission well has been modified to utilize the automatic floor shifter and still keep original transfer case. Jeep is 4wd with low and high gear. Jeep had all body bolts removed and replaced with new stainless hardware. Added power steering from same mustang, new top, new tailights, and good tires and rims with decent spare. Dash was replaced with a new aluminum plate. I have no gauges for this jeep. The jeep was used mainly for farm use. Just put fuel in and go. Fresh oil change and radiator flush. It starts every time but could use a tune up and a new set of front shocks. Fuel tank moved to rear to allow room for new transmission. Great hunting lease or farm jeep.
