This Truckin’ Magazine project truck was an Ex-California Highway Patrol Weights and Measures truck and has a amazingly well fleet-maintained 164k miles on it. It has a professionally-installed BDS 5" lift, Nitro shocks, and 20x9" Black Rhino Armor wheels with 35x12.5" Kumho DynaPro MT tires. It has been aligned perfectly and rides and drives arrow straight and with no shimmy or shaking at any speed. I have approx. 2500 miles on wheels, tires, and suspension.This truck also has a Sony Bluetooth Stereo, a very handy pull-out 8-foot bed slider, a full-aluminum Tailgater Secure Shell with inner shelving, smoked headlights with bright white bulbs, and CHP-issue spotlights. This truck also sports a full $5000 Line-X "Body Armor" tactical exterior. This is a heavy duty external finish that does not fade or chalk up like bedliner and was designed for military applications. The bed and surface of slader are also coated with Line-XThere is mechanically nothing wrong with this truck, so it runs and drives amazingly and gets an oil change every 3000 miles with Mobike 1 Synthetic. I just recharged the air conditioning system, as well as flushed the transmission and replaced the power brake booster, so it should be good to go another 150,000 with ease. The interior has a few normal wear spots here and there but nothing too crazy. It truly is a great truck for buggin' out, hunting, fishing, or any other outdoor activity.
