You are looking at a 1973 TS250.This motorcycle was originally purchase as a parts bike.If you check my listings you will see that I normally sell parts not complete bikes.After getting this TS home I discovered that it was a good runner and was quite complete except it was painted red at some point in its past.I pulled the motor from the frame cleaned it up and checked for damage and found none.No damage from throwing chains or any other physical damage.This motor has not been rebuilt but runs well with good compression.This bike was test ridden and goes through all of the gears well and the top end sounds good.The exhaust has a small leak at the cylinder but not bad.The rest of the bike was stripped down cleaned up and the parts that needed paint were painted.All paint work was done in my garage and is not a professional job so it looks good but there are imperfections.This is not a show quality restoration just a nice looking rider.Quality automotive grade clear coat was used on the tank so no damage will occur from gas being spilled on it.The tank is not rusty inside and has not been creamed or coated.Like I said I want to make it clear that this has not been restored but it has been refurbished with the parts supplied when it was purchased and I can not and will not guarantee that there won't be issues with minor leaks or adjustments may be needed.I tried to make it as ready to go as I could..A couple of items have been replaced the battery, grips,air filter,chain and sprockets,and throttle cables are new.all of the lights work including the indicator lights in the tach neutral,brights and flashers.The oil injection is there and working.The tires are old but in pretty good condition.The rims are straight with very presentable chrome.The rest of the chrome is pretty good with some pitting on a couple of parts mainly the turn signals there are a couple of cracks on the heat shield(pictured).The forks are not pitted but may need new seals as this bike sat a long time.I tried to take good pictures as they tell the story best.Please ask any questions that you may have I will answer honestly as my feedback shows I don't deliberately misrepresent my items.The buyer will be responsible for making any shipping arrangements I will help wherever I can in terms of getting it to a local shipper..Please keep in mind this is a 41 year old bike so not very thing is perfect but very functional. WHEN PICS WERE TAKEN THE BIKE WAS DIRTY FROM TEST RIDE IT WILL BE WASHED BEFORE IT GOES TO NEW OWNER..
