This auction features a 1961 Ford Thunderbird. I recently purchased this T-Bird from a private collector in Atlanta GA. The car has spent its life in Georgia with one family and is a true Southern car, with no rust or rot. It drives smoothly down the road with ease at 70 MPH. It is currently registered and titled in Massachusetts with 34,600 miles. I have been told that these are original Car runs and drives as it should, and would take a little more TLC to make it show quality. It is my opinion that the interior is all original, although I am no expert, it all look original to me. As you can see by the photos, the interior shows some wear and the upholstery does have some minor rips. I chose not to repair in order to preserve the cars originality.
