This is a 1989 Chevrolet Caprice police package, a true 9C1 that originally came from the Kentucky State Police. The car has been set up as an Illinois State Police unmarked car, but will be sold with NO POLICE EQUIPMENT. The engine has been rebuilt, as well as the transmission. The car runs,drives and rides great. The interior has new front seat 9C1 upholstery, new headliner and a new dash pad. When I bought the car we took out any rust and placed in patch panels. The car has fresh 1989 Chevrolet 9C1 acrylic enamel paint. If I were to keep the car I would replace the y pipe of the exhaust and rear tires. The fronts are nearly new.
