2005 Ford F250 XL, 4x4, Automatic, 144k, ARE Cap, Air conditioning, power doors and windows, CD, Ford Factory Alloy Wheels, good tires, solid truck. The truck runs but poorly and is being sold As-Is. There is upper engine noise that will require repair before being driven. There are 4 codes related to the check engine light P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0300. I did replace 3 coils but this didn't fix my problem. I feel the valve covers and possibly the heads need to come off the motor to further diagnose the problem. The mechanic that worked on the truck believes the problem is in the upper part of the engine. Buyer will need to trailer truck home. I have looked into replacement motors and have located some for around $1800 dollars. Unfortunately I do not have the time right now to work on this truck. It is a solid truck that is worth repairing. I am happy to show the truck to any interested buyers. Buyer will need to arrange pick up of the truck. I am happy to assist in loading he truck.
