1977 BMW R-Series

This is a Great Piece of history, Not only is it the first of its type it is still super cool. This is the1st year of the R100RS and only a few in the Blue Silver with the Blue brake Calipers. BMW has always been ahead of its time and this was a great period in motorcycle history. If your looking at this bike you know what I'm talking about. I also come with the Denfield Hard Bags for the bike. Work Done The carbs were Ultrasonically cleaned. The fork seals are new. Front brakes system was flushed. Top end gaskets and seals plus the push rod seals are all new. Air and Oil filter are new as well as the Battery The good The bike runs great. Super smooth and quite. Everything works as it should even still has the tire pump. All lights work Exhaust pipes have no holes and sound great. Really doesn't need a thing. The Bad I would say that the pin stripping sucks as someone tried to redo it and they had to be drunk. It could use a good cleaning. One small hole in the seat. The odo has been replaced and I have no idea what the mileage is however all the work done was in the last 200 miles That's it and for a 37 year old motorcycle that pretty darn good. All in All it a great bike all the hard stuff has been done. Thanks for looking Ron
