1965 VW convertible, original engine that was rebuilt 3000mi ago. Runs and shift s fine. It will cruise nicely at 55 to 60. The car is titled a sedan and I installed a convertible body on the pan. If you are looking for a documented car that someone's grand father owned and he never drove it, than this car is not for you. If you want to have fun and have people give you the thumbs up while they smile, then this car is for you. After market top ,I have the correct rear window. I keep the top down unless I get caught in the rain. I live close to Lake Michigan and enjoy riding the coast line along the Indiana side of the lake. I have just finished a 65 mustang convertible so it is hard to justify two toys. If you have deep pockets you might want to look at my Mustang . Sold as is and where is with no warranty.
