1975 BMW R 75/6 in good original, running condition!! This bike is still in original condition, not opened or rebuilt motor, and has good compression and runs strong and solid. It has the original Krauser luggage rack, added 10 years ago, with DOUBLE Krauser large hardcases. It got a new Metzeler rear tire two summers ago, less than 2 kmiles, and new Metzeler front tire last summer, less than 1 kmiles, both still in very good shape. It had been stored in a garage always since I bought it 15 years ago, and was used two months per year during the summertimes. There are a lot of parts that goes with it FREE, like a (windjammer?) old touring faring of the late 1970-ies, a second set of hardcases, the same ones like on the bike, toolbox under the seat with tools and little parts, 2-1 exhaust system, crashbar, reflectors for the front fork, high seat backrest, battery conditioner for winters, second set of good rearshocks, a like new bike cover and a black jet helmet (size L) with vintage style googles goes with it. The original speedometer and tach had been replaced to a original new one, but the old one is still present, and showed about 30 kmiles. Adding both mileages are the actual mileage. This bike needs some adjustments like cleaning carbs, adjust or change the interrupter, new seal in the oilpan, some tuneups, and some cosmetic works, but no really big defects. It will run smooth, it shifts and brakes like it is! It is almost 40 years old, and shows its age, like a pretty young lady looks with with 40 now!!?? Or ride it like it is. The only reason, I am selling this well taken care of bike is, as I sold my lakefront cabin last fall, I don't need this bike no more, and have more than one here in Germany, all BEEMERS! I drove it the last time November 14th, 2013, and since then it is in storage. It has a clear title and is tagged until 8/31/14, but store in a garage now. Charge up the battery and drive it home.
