You are bidding on a nice 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport with an IMS handicapped wheelchair conversion package. The van has 110,378 miles on it. It is powered by the 3.3 liter V-6 engine and automatic overdrive transmission. Carfax verifies the clean title and actual mileage on this one (click the CARFAX emblem below the pictures to see the entire report for free). The van has been a southern van it's entire life. It has NO rust. PLEASE LOOK AT THE 90+ PICTURES I HAVE POSTED BELOW OF IT. The van had a small ding on the left front fender when I got it (you can see on Carfax, where they got the dent). I had this repaired ($300) and it looks great (again, look at the pictures). The paint is in very nice shape. There are a few minor scratches to be found, but nothing major. The body is very straight. You will have to hunt to find even a "door ding" on this van. The interior of the van shows very little wear. There are no tears or rips in the seats, carpet or headliner. The van has NOT been smoked in. The IMS conversion includes the following: power folding ramp, power sliding passenger's side door, lowered floor from the 3rd seat to the firewall, wheelchair anchoring points located thru-out the van, 1 set of wheelchair anchoring straps, removable front seats on wheels and a wireless remote to operate the door and ramp. The van also has a power kneeling system. This lowers the rear of the van to make rolling up the ramp easier. The van also has an EZ-Lock automatic wheelchair anchoring system. IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ASK ME. The van has power windows, power locks, power mirrors, tilt, cruise control, am/fm/cd player, keyless entry and driver's side sliding door.
I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, fluids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed. This van has been very well serviced and cared for. We found practically nothing it needed. We did install new front struts and rear shocks. The old ones were getting a little weak. This van has NO leaks, NO drips and does not smoke. The transmission shifts out solidly and smoothly. There are no wobbles or shakes at 70 mph on the freeway. THIS VAN IS READY TO BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE. We also had the van inspected and serviced by a front-end shop. We had the front end aligned there, due to installing new struts. We also sent the van to a mobility dealer to be serviced and inspected. We purchased this van knowing it needed a new power sliding door motor, so we had that installed there ($1600.00). Don't let people on Ebay fool you when they say "oh it just needs a new motor, they are only $500. To do this correctly, you need to replace motor, cables and latch. WHICH WE DID ON THIS VAN. ALL THE PARTS THAT WEAR OUT ON THE DOOR ARE NOW BRAND NEW. They should be good for another 15 years. THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE 'OH EVERYTHING WORKS ON IT, AS FAR AS I KNOW" VAN ON EBAY. This one has been serviced and inspected by 3 different companies to insure that we are selling a great van. All the power and electronic equipment work like new. The air conditioning is ice cold and the heater warm and toasty. There are just no known problems with this vehicle. The pictures of the underneath show you the normal road dust and the fact that there is NO RUST. . I will have this one detailed and awaiting the winning bidder.
