Sadly, I have decided to let this one go to a new home. I had high hopes of restoring this rare car to it's deserved daily driver condition but have too many other projects. She's just sitting outside rusting more each day, it's sad and not fair so I would like to see her go to a new home where someone has the time to work on her. The good: All original Silver Luxury Edition with all her original parts. All locks work, have both keys. Never wrecked, all original sheet metal. Underside is very rust free. Interior is complete though needs refreshing/replacing of fabric. Factory V-8, A/C, P/S, and rare sunroof which still works smoothly. Factory traction-loc rear end! Wheels have been blasted and repainted. All trim rings are there though not pictured. I bought all new center caps and tires, even the spare so you have a full set of 5 brand new wheels with tires that alone are worth the reserve! Trim is all there and usable, removed front fender trim but it is in the trunk. Dash is in great shape and not cut. Door panels are very nice with no cuts or rips. I did put a master cylinder and new front brakes on it about 6 months ago but it's never been on the road so they probably need to be cleaned up by now. I have new shocks and a few other items that I bought and will throw in the trunk and include with the car. All panels are solid and not rusted with only two small holes, one at the bottom of the LH fender and one at the bottom of the LH quarter, easily repaired and pictured. Doors are solid even the bottoms. All factory gaps and lines surprisingly straight. Trunk like a new car, never leaked and looks perfect. Original air cleaner included, just not pictured. Battery will not be included. The bad: Does not run currently, previous owner smashed the oil pan so I wanted to pull the motor and check it first. I do have a replacement correct Mustang II oil pan that I will include with the car as well. I expected to do a rebuild because I do not know the condition of the motor. Surface rust all over but not bad or anything serious that won't sand off easily when prepping for paint. Vinyl top long gone. Interior needs redone, carpet, headliner and upholstery are pretty worn and need redone. Small rust hole in front of battery on flat area of apron, easily patched and otherwise aprons are solid, battery tray itself not rusted. Bumpers are really ugly but not ripped or split, with some flexible filler or urethane repair and sanding they will be usable. Selling as is with clear title in my name and a bill of sale if needed. Will need to be trailered or otherwise shipped as it does not run. This will be done at winning bidders expense. No shipping offered or included in price. Setting a reserve to cover my cost of the new tires and center caps. Deposit of $100 due via Pay Pal within 48 hours of winning auction. Balance to be paid in cash at time of pick up.
