It DOES NOT come with a title as listed in the title and description of this listing. In the item details it shows "rebuilt, blah, blah", this is due to the fact the eBay makes me choose something and they dont have an option of "no title"... I can supply a bill of sale from Indiana and that's all I can supply. I've sold 100-150 bikes in the last several years without titles alone and never had trouble. I also NEVER EVER buy or sell stolen goods. That's illegal, bad for business, and my reputation is too good for that. The vin can be ran at NICB.org or by your local authorities... Scooter itself is perfect, but no title. Please bid accordingly. And don't bid now and ask questions later, you're entering a legally binding contract by bidding on an item.
