Up for bids is this 1966 ford mustang coupe. I have had this car for a few years working on it off and on and have decided to sell it as I am about to start building a fastback and need some money to spend on it so this one has to go. This car would make a nice car for a beginning driver or for someone looking for a mild project that needs very little work. The good about the car is that is runs good. It has good brakes and tires. The carburator could probably use some adjusting or some running from sitting up but other than that the motor and transmission seem to be good. The interior is real nice in it. The glass is good. The frame rails, floors, and trunk floor are good. The bad is that is has a bad paint job. It might look good in the pictures but the paint job is bad. It could be finished out and repainted and would be okay. I still have some paint that was left over when it was painted. If you are wanting it for a beginner driver that will probably get it dented and scratched up anyway then it might would be okay. Except for the paint job it is a nice car. It will need some fine tuning and some minor stuff but its pretty nice. The drivers rear quarter was changed out at some point and there was some bondo used to smooth it in. There is some bondo in the bottom of the passenger rear quarter. Other than that is is pretty solid. It has a clear title. This would make a nice beginner car for someone looking for one. This car was a original T code 6 cylinder car but someone put this V8 set up in it so it is good to go now. The car is light blue with dark blue interior and has a white vinyl top. It has new bumpers on it as well. I always recommend bringing a trailer to pick these old cars up on till you have time to test them out and work the bugs out before a long road trip. I am not saying it wouldn't make it on a long road trip but that is all up to you. If you have questions or need more info just let me know.
