VEHICLE NOTES: Vehicle is equipped with a fully rebuilt 454 big block bored 30 over with an Edlebrock intake and Holly carburetor (fresh oil change on it). Transmission is a rebuilt 400 turbo 3 speed automatic with a B&M shifter and 4:10 gears in the rear. Vehicle is also outfitted with a custom fit FlowMaster exhaust system with H pipe. The underside of the truck is clean and has been gone through and sealed. There is just over 2,500 miles on the motor and transmission at this time. However, the vehicle is currently still being driven on a weekly basis. The interior and exterior are finished in black primer. The body has issues with regard to some dents, and there is some old (bad) body work, as well as, some rust on the front right fender and spots here and there (nothing serious and I knew this going into this project). Floor pans are good, windshield will need to be replaced, and the interior is not 100% complete. Front trim is rough and the front bumper is no beauty queen. Truck fires right up and drives good (See Video Link Below) gauges and instruments mostly all work. (See List Above) Brakes and master will need adjustment and some work (four wheel drum and yes the truck does stop) tires are close to replacement time. This truck is all about cosmetics and body work. In my opinion, the mechanical is done. (except brake system) with this much power it will need to be addressed. When you go fast you need to be able to stop. I was going to convert to front disc before it was done, but a booster on drums (done correctly) will send you through the windshield if needed. My original intention with this vehicle was to buy a truck that was solid mechanically (which it is and scary fast) and finish off the body and cosmetic issues (which it has) myself. I'm selling this truck because I purchased a new work truck for our horse ranch and went WAY, WAY over budget. All project vehicles and toys must now go to make up the difference. I have over twice the opening bid into this, so my loss is your gain. This is a solid (project) truck that you can drive right now. Does it have issues? Yes it does, it is over forty years old.
