I'm selling a 1981 Volkswagen Rabbit diesel that has been my daily driver for 2.5 years. I've moved to DC and will be sharing a car due to limited parking so I'm getting rid of this one. The car is in great shape, and I've done a lot of work to it to keep it reliable and running well. There is very minimal surface rust as shown in the pictures. The underneath is very solid. The interior is in great condition--see the pictures. The tires have plenty of tread left on them. It gets 45mpg consistently. The odometer, temp guage, and AC does not work but that's common for these older rabbits. I the things that I've done include but are not limited to: Rebuilt fuel injection pump (This was $1100.
