For sale is my beautiful un-restored '72 3.0CS. This is a fjord blue car from the factory that was delivered to the Bay Area in California. I purchased it from a retired gent in South Carolina. I've had this car for a little over a year - and have enjoyed every minute of it. I recently picked up a restored 2800CS though, so now that I have 2 coupes, and one needs to go (so says the wife). It doesn't NEED to go but it needs to go if I am to maintain a happy marriage :-) This is a solid good runner and I have been using it to drive to work and have had no trouble. Living in Houston the first thing I had done was install a Sanden-style A/C compressor and aux electric fan. The system is fully charged and blows between 40 and 50 degrees - which is a must-have here in Houston. :-) Recent work includes: Replaced points distributor with the EXCELLENT 123distributor.com electronic unit.Replaced Guibo and center bearing, Fixed exhaust leaks, Bought new Michelins and restored stock wheelsReplaced A/C compressor, drier, expansion valve, and hoses, and added a better fan to the A/C condenser. I also replaced the rear calipers and disks (vented) and the car stops well.Added the Nardi Torino steering wheel (comes with original wheel also) This car is unrestored and will eventually need some attention. The inner fenders have some rust behind the shock towers as you can see. There is a quarter sized rust spot and a dime sized rust spot on the drivers door. But otherwise, the car is solid - with good floors, rocker panels, shock towers, and spare tire well. The doors close with a nice solid thunk :-) The rear seats are decent, but the front seats need the front leather panels replaced. You can get the leather kit at GAH or World Upholstery for this car.
