1969 Triumph Trophy

Here's a nice addition to any vintage Triumph owners collection: a 1969 Triumph TR6C Street Tracker. The engine has been rebuilt with all new engine and transmission bearings and seals. It features a standard bore with 9:1 Bonneville pistons at a snug .005" clearance along with a cylinder head valve job. The front forks have new bushings, seals and boots. It has been rewired with a Tympanium 12V system. Tank is a Barnett flat track from the early 70's, paint job is Parker 1980. The seat is new, along with the throttle and front brake cables. Numbered case is late 1968, but correct model type. The bike runs strong, with smooth performance, stops great and starts on the first or second kick cold even with standard contact points. It could easily be converted to electronic ignition. Sold in as-is condition with bill of sale (the last chassis owner misplaced the title). A reasonable reserve has been placed.
